Want to avoid conveyancing fee surprises?

Why?

It comes from years of client feedback (when previously working in legal offices), of unexpected bills just prior to settlement.  Whether selling or buying a house, budgeting is important.  When ringing around for Conveyancing quotes, most commonly only the actual legal fees are quoted.  If the question is not asked “are disbursements included?” they are generally not disclosed. It is also common for additional costs to be added on if settlement is delayed, or if unanticipated work is required.  Given every conveyance is different, additional work  quite often becomes necessary.  The final costing for this extra work is not known until just before settlement when an extra bill comes in.

Anderson Conveyancing not only discloses any disbursements over and above our fees, but the fees are fixed.  That means there is no change to those fees prior to settlement time.
